These Terms of Use apply to the Website of the May Patterson Goodrum House in the United States. The Watson-Brown Foundation, Inc. is a privately funded nonprofit organization responsible for the operation and administration of the May Patterson Goodrum House.
THESE TERMS OF USE ARE A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE CONFIRMS YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE WEBSITE. YOU MAY NOT USE THE WEBSITE AND MAY NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE IF YOU ARE NOT OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH THE DHPT UNLESS YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN READS AND AGREES TO THESE TERMS OF USE ON YOUR BEHALF. THE DRAYTON HALL PRESERVATION TRUST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY, ADD TO, DELETE, OR MAKE OTHER ALTERATIONS TO THESE TERMS OF USE BY POSTING THE AMENDED TERMS OF USE ON THE WEBSITE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE WEBSITE FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF A REVISED VERSION OF THE TERMS OF USE MEANS YOU ACCEPT THOSE CHANGES. THE DHPT’s PRIVACY POLICY ALSO GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. The May Patterson Goodrum House, and all other names and logos of the Watson-Brown Foundation’s programs referenced herein are trademarks of the Watson-Brown Foundation, Inc. in the United States. All rights reserved to the Watson-Brown Foundation, Inc. in the United States. Unauthorized use of any the May Patterson Goodrum trademark or logo may be a violation of federal and state law.
4. INFORMATION WARRANTY DISCLAIMER.
ALL MATERIALS AND RELATED GRAPHICS PROVIDED BY THE WEBSITE AND ANY OTHER MATERIALS WHICH ARE REFERENCED BY OR LINKED TO THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
